Our services include public liability insurance, local tax rate (F-tax), and VAT.

Rates

Membership

• Dog training membership (Tue/Thu) - 4.000sek/month

• Adventure Camp membership Group - (Mon/Wed/Fri) - 3,500sek/month

• Adventure Camp membership Group - (Tue/Thu) - 2.500sek/month

  We have a limited number of time slots available for these services, please reach out and reserve in advance.

Single booking

• Initial consultation - 950sek

• Private dog training 1to1 (60min)- 500sek

• Adventure Camp Solo 1hour - 500sek

• Dog boarding - 750sek/day | 500sek/day member rate

  Please note: The rates listed are applicable to services provided within the Malmo city area. Additional fees may apply for services rendered outside of this area.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before engaging our services.

Definitions

• "Service" refers to the dog training or care service provided by Beatrice K9.

• "Client" refers to the individual or organization that has engaged Beatrice K9 to provide the Service.

• "Dog" refers to the dog(s) owned by the Client that are taken care of by Beatrice K9.

Service Details

We will provide the Service, which includes training and walking the Dog(s) for the agreed duration and frequency. The Service will be provided at the Client's residence or at a location agreed upon with the Client.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide us with accurate and up-to-date information about the Dog(s), including:

• Breed, age, and health status

• Behavioral issues or concerns

• Medical conditions or allergies

• Dietary restrictions or preferences

You must also ensure that the Dog(s) are properly vaccinated and insured.

Payment Terms

You must pay us the fees for the Service in accordance with the payment schedule set forth in the service agreement. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice, and late payments will be subject to a 12% late fee.

Liability

We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the provision of the Service, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

You will be liable for any damages or losses caused by the Dog(s) while in our care, including but not limited to damage to property, injury to other animals or humans, and any costs associated with the care and treatment of the Dog(s).

Indemnification

You must indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Beatrice K9, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions or the Dog(s)' behavior while in our care.

Insurance

We will maintain liability insurance to cover any damages or losses arising from the provision of the Service.

You must be responsible for maintaining insurance coverage for the Dog(s) while in our care.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the Service at any time, with written notice to us. Single bookings with less than 24-hour cancellation notice are not refundable. Monthly membership fees are not refundable, and the termination period is one month.

In the event that we cancel the Service, we will provide a full refund of the Service fee, deduct the amount from your next monthly invoice or reschedule, whichever is applicable.

We reserve the right to terminate the memberships with thirty (30) days' written notice to the client.

Confidentiality and non disclosure

By using our services, you agree to keep confidential and not disclose to any third party any proprietary or confidential information, including but not limited to training programs, business strategies, and customer data, that you may obtain or have access to in connection with our services. You agree to use such information solely for the purpose of conducting business with us and not for any other purpose. You shall not disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent, and you shall take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of such information.

We agree to keep confidential and not disclose to any third party any confidential or proprietary information that you provide to us in connection with our services, including but not limited to customer data. We will use such information solely for the purpose of providing our services to you and not for any other purpose. We will take all reasonable steps to protect the confidentiality of such information and will not disclose it to any third party without your prior written consent.

Photography and Social Media Consent

As part of our services, we may take photographs of your dog during our interactions. By working with us, you grant us permission to use these photographs for marketing and promotional purposes, unless you specifically opt out.

If you would prefer that your dog not be photographed or featured on our social media, please let us know in advance. We respect your wishes and will ensure that your dog's photo is not shared without your consent.

You can opt out by:

• Notifying us in writing (via email or message) prior to our first interaction

• Contacting us at any time to request that we remove any existing photos of your dog from our social media channels

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, with written notice to you.

Acknowledgement

By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
